Furthermore, Tre Colli, directly or through specifically established companies deals with residential and car garage construction. Every project is carried out with first rate materials, within the deadlines. In addition, our Company is increasingly focused on environmental sustainability, for “green” projects that can be integrated in the local fabric. The Real Estate sector focuses on the construction of new residential complexes or modern industrial, commercial and artisan hubs. Among the buildings completed by Tre Colli S.p.A., there are standard and pre-stressed reinforced concrete structures and components, that comply with the functional and aesthetic needs of any project 100% and the regulations in force.
