Homes put on by The Cape Coral Construction Industry Association (CCCIA) in 2017 we won “Best Overall”, “Best Outdoor Living”, “Best Exterior Design”, “Best Interior”, “Best Kitchen”, “Best Bath” and “Best Livability” for "The Lorraine" model. In 2018 we won awards for "The Lorraine" and nearly swept the category for "The Catalina" model including "Best Overall".
