Imagine by Northpoint offers a safe and therapeutic environment in which clients ages 12-17 can engage in extended outpatient treatment for mental health & behavioral health disorders and return to healthy, thriving lives. Day treatment programming includes group participation, schooling, individual sessions, case management, psychiatric care, nursing care, and family therapy. Treatment is delivered by an interdisciplinary team of NCQA credentialed providers who use evidence-based treatment and criteria. Individual, group and family-focused therapy sessions, onsite nursing care and crisis intervention are available for increased psychiatric symptoms, suicidal/homicidal ideation, and limited community resources. The PHP program is a maximum of 30 hours per week (5 days per week, 6 hours per day) and a full continuum of care is offered upon completion of the PHP program.
