We also offer training to generate knowledge, disseminate results and transfer them to clinical practice to contribute efficiency to the health system and to promote and to improve health of people. The Jordi Gol i Gurina Foundation was created in 1996 by the Catalan Institute of Health, in order to promote and manage innovation, training, teaching and clinical research, epidemiology and health services in the field of primary care. Since 2006 it has been called Foundation Institute for Primary Health Care Research Jordi Gol i Gurina (IDIAPJGol).
