Details of these companies are as follows:- IDEC Technical Services Limited was formed in 2003 thereby restructuring the group into two main categories:- •Control System Integration i.e. PLC, DCS, SCADA, Telemetry and Communications. •Electrical High Voltage Protection Systems and Electrical Distribution, Fault Level Studies, and Sub Station Design. IDEC Power Services Ltd was formed in 2011 as a specialised Contracting Company in the field of HV Sub Station Installation and Commissioning.
