The Hypeweb platform is hosted and developed by the Hydrological Research Unit at the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological ... Institute, SMHI. SMHI has a long tradition of operational water predictions including forecasts of river flow, flood risk, wildfires, and inflow to reservoirs. We also estimate status of water quality, design values for infrastructure, and the impact of climate change on water resources. SMHI develops, maintains and operates large numerical model systems in meteorology, hydrology, oceanography and climate. We are happy to share our data with many users across the globe as it can help in sustainable development of the Planet. In addition to free open data we also offer services at a cost to help businesses, institutes and agencies with developing their own water and climate services. Our standard packages include data that is already produced. SMHI share these to a low cost with fixed prices, only covering delivery costs (e.g., administration, storage, extraction, delivery channel, interactions with customers). We also offer customized options, which require data adaptation and tailoring, new data production, quality checks, etc to meet specific needs. Finally we offer consultancy services. For the latter two services, prices depend on the work load required. Our Water and Climate Services Data Delivery We provide a wide range of hydrological data at varying time scales that you can customize to your needs. Whether its historical model output,10-day and monthly forecasts, or climate projection scenrarios, Hypeweb data delivery and subscription services has just what you need. Consultancy SMHI's HypeWeb offers consulting services, customized data and postprocessing. Model development and improvements. Training Hypeweb offers an annual open HYPE course for training in ‘Multi-basin modelling using the World-Wide HYPE (WWH) model. read more
