In fact, our call center was the 16th agency in the world to be recognized as an Accredited Center for Excellence (ACE) by the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch. We are Alabama's largest 9-1-1 center with over 36 operating positions. We currently house dispatch units for seven additional emergency agencies, and will soon complete construction on our new building - allowing more agencies to embed dispatchers at our centralized location.
