Working with the local community, the Hudson Logistics Center will invest hundreds of millions of dollars and create thousand ... s of new jobs for southern New Hampshire. The Hudson Logistics Center is being proposed as a three-building, high-tech distribution hub to help retailers efficiently store and distribute products around the region and, ultimately, to local homes and businesses. HLC will create approximately 2,500 good-paying jobs for Hudson. The project is proposed for what is currently the Green Meadow Golf Club. This area was noted to “…offer perhaps the greatest opportunity for both commercial and industrial development in Hudson…” by the June 2018 Hudson Economic Development Assessment. The project will occupy approximately 374 acres, which will include about 130 acres of improvement and leave over 244 acres of green space. HLC offers a bright future for Hudson and surrounding areas: it will be the largest employer in town by nearly three times, bringing in sustainable jobs with quality benefits, millions of dollars in community improvements, and significant new annual tax revenue.
