The Navy Medicine Training Support Center (NMTSC) is the Navy component command that provides administrative and operational ... control over Navy staff and students assigned to the Medical Education & Training Campus (METC) and other medical programs in the San Antonio area. At any given time NMTSC has over 2,500 students and over 500 instructors and support staff onboard.
