Discharge from hospital is often a difficult time. Home Instead is able to put personalised care packages in place to meet individual, changing needs, generally within 24 hours. All CAREGivers are extensively trained, providing person centred care to ensure a return to normal health and well-being is optimised during the period of our support. All staff have enhanced DBS checks and must provide at least four references before training begins.
