In-Home Support Team: We know that in order to provide a professional, personalized service we need a highly trained, consistent team of caregivers. That’s why we’ve done away with the idea of part-time and full-time employees and created a team environment based around a tiered reward system where all of our team members are able to work towards and earn rewards that are typically restricted for full-time, salaried employees.
