The Houston Organizational Development Network (HODN) is a learning community that develops, supports, and inspires OD practi ... tioners. We create events in a congenial atmosphere, designed to maximize personal learning, develop social capital, and advance the theory and practice of organization development. HODN members represent a broad range of professions in a wide variety of organizations and industries. Members come from private companies to non-profit organizations and government agencies. We are roughly half internal practitioners while the other half operates their own consulting firms, engages in private practice, and education and research.
