The Hitchcock’s company continued to grow over the years to the 10 current store locations located across the central part of Florida. Hitchcock’s recognized the need for rural towns in Central Florida to have clean, well-stocked, quality products and service driven food stores just like the city folks had. Today every employee works very hard to carry on this tradition of offering friendly and courteous service, and the freshest and highest quality products to our customers. We here at Hitchcock’s still today are all about offering only the highest quality foods at competitive prices, clean stores and with friendly well trained and knowledgeable employees. We take pride in training our employees in areas of their responsibility. All of our Meat and Produce employees complete intensive apprentice training programs that are designed specifically with you the customer in mind. Our Pharmacy managers and staff are all about the customers and helping with their wellness needs. Our store managers are home grown, many of which started part time as baggers and over the years with intense in house training have become outstanding service oriented managers with only the customers’ needs in mind.
