To this day, we remain a family-owned operation with headquarters in the Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco, and satellite offices flanking the Bay in Walnut Creek and Novato. In 2007, our company embarked on a journey to commit to Lean Methodology in all aspects of our business, including our approach to building. Originally developed by Toyota, we adopted Lean principles to create real value for our customers and eliminate waste in the construction industry. And our successes have been extraordinary. As a commercial general contractor, we've built new ground-up facilities, renovated and seismically upgraded existing buildings, and completed tenant improvements for healthcare, education, commercial, R&D, industrial, parking, athletic, retail and multi-unit residential uses.
