The company was founded in 2009 by Andreas Helgstrand immediately upon the Olympics in Beijing in 2008, where he and the Danish national team won a bronze medal. Helgstrand Dressage has its base in the northern part of Denmark with divisions in Wellington, US, and activities established in Germany as well, ensuring the development and continuous flow of dressage horses on all levels for clients all over the world.
