Speakers present topics ranging from leasing, development, loan transactions, landlord/tenant issues, legislative updates and other relevant real estate issues. CLE credit of 1.0 hour is given for attendance at each presentation. The Section participates in and contributes to several community based fundraising campaigns including Habitat for Humanity, Texas C-Bar, and Historic Records Preservation.
