In 2011 we completed our 200th village scheme, confirming our position as the leading specialist rural housing association. Hastoe Housing Association is the non-charitable parent of four subsidiaries: charity Hastoe Wyvern; development company Hastoe Homes; bond issuer Hastoe Capital; and, trading organisation Sustainable Homes Ltd. The latter is a leading training and advisory consultancy operating in the field of sustainable housing.
