Membership is by invitation only. Description HARRT is an organization of Senior Human Resources Executives from major global companies that is devoted to the advancement of human resources management through a partnership with leading academics and thought leaders. The organization provides a forum for the exchange of current trends and academic research affecting the practice of Human Resources. Founded in 1986, HARRT’s affiliation with the Anderson School of Management, the Luskin School of Public Affairs and the UCLA School of Law provides valuable interdisciplinary access to leading thought leaders and insight into the latest academic research. HARRT membership is limited to approximately 50 Senior Human Resources Executives who attend quarterly roundtable meetings including a 2 ½ day annual retreat. The topics for these events are based on input from members and are designed to provide a combination of innovative ideas, strategic focus and practical application. The format of the meetings allows for an open exchange of ideas with other senior human resources leaders while thought leaders provide new thinking on trends affecting the performance of human resources today and in the future.
