Our roots go back to Jalisco, Mexico, and we’ve made a name for ourselves by bringing authentic Jalisco cuisine to San Antonio. Hacienda Camila is part of a family tradition of delicious Mexican dining. Our family also founded Taqueria Vallarta, Hacienda Vallarta Mexican Buffet (San Antonio's first true Mexican buffet), and many other locations.
