Mike Leep Sr. is a true American success story. He started out as a salesman at Highland Dodge in 1967, and knew very quickly ... that he wanted to be a car dealer. He quickly worked his way into management, and his dream was realized in 1974 when Chrysler offered him the Highland Dodge store where he started. When it came time to expand, Mike and his former business partner, Van Gurley, looked east to the South Bend, IN area. In 1977, Mike and Van purchased the Buick store in downtown South Bend, IN. Their continued expansion efforts have produced a company that sold 30,000 cars in 2017 from 40 franchise points under 23 rooftops. We currently have more than 1,300 team members.
