The Grupo O Valor do Tempo was created in 1994, in Seia, and its first public expression was in 2002, with the opening of Mus ... eu do Pão. More than 25 years after its foundation, the group privileges an integrated economic approach, adding value to hand-made products, as cannery produced by more than one hundred women who produce, at Comur factory, or by the shepherds of Serra da Estrela, for the Casa Portuguesa do Pastel de Bacalhau.
