In 2008/2009 Jennifer Erler became majority shareholder, CEO/President of GST. Ground Service Technology Incorporated then became certified as a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) from the Public Utilities Commission, as well as other Government Agencies.
