Isadore Gross, the Company’s founder, began building homes in Ohio almost 100 years ago. His son Morton followed in the family business until his retirement in 1980. Brothers Gary and Harley Gross now operate the firm, which continues to expand into other regions of the country. Gary's daughter Sarah and Harley's son Aaron represent the fourth generation of the growing company.
