As well as our in house specialists, we’ve built links with charities to help us provide customers with the tailored support they need. For example we have a strong relationship with the Samaritans, and arrangements to pass customers that need it's support directly to them. GP and its sister firms currently manage over £850m of debt for customers distributes more than £70m to creditors p.a. Over 500 customers complete their debt solution with us each month. We interact with creditors via our Creditor Portal for over three quarters of the debts we manage. This means quicker results for customers and more oversight and MI for creditors; enabling them to manage all their customer accounts with us, securely, online.
