Some things to keep in mind: Our inspection reports are NOT available on-site - We wouldn't dream of recommending this service to anyone. Clients need time to properly digest a report of this magnitude. We also need time to fully contemplate your concerns & seek out additional information as needed back at the office. Not to worry though, our reports are typically ready the same day or next. A Quick Inspection Is Not Available - we recommend you allow sufficient time to fullfil any and all of your conditions in your “Offer To Purchase”. We are prompt and can usually be on site within 24 to 48 hours notice. But remember, you’ll also need time to review the report and follow up on any recommendations we might make too! Don’t Be In A Rush - we find our clients don’t like to be put in a position where they must make significant decisions on the spot or in a rush at the completion of the inspection.
