With a turnover of 700 million Euros and more than 4,000 employees, the company based in Maclodio (Brescia - Italy) has travelled around the world: 14 plants in 9 countries, in Europe, America and Asia. Gnutti Carlo was founded in 1922, at the beginning of the last century as a company producing agricultural components. After a series of reconversions, in the mid-80s, the production of engine components began, specializing in rocker arms and diesel injection components that gave life to the POWERTRAIN Division. In 2014, Gnutti Carlo acquired the Ljunghall Group founded in 1917 and European leader in the supply of complex aluminum components for the automotive and telecommunications sector. The Ljunghall Group became the LIGHT METALS Division capable of supplying the market with complete valve train systems (camshaft carrier + rocker arm assembly). The Light Metals Division was already well positioned in e-mobility with important projects in collaboration with major global players. In 2018, the Gnutti Carlo Group created a new production area with the acquisition of the Austrian TCG Unitech, which later became the TCG UNITECH Division, a leading company in the production of die-cast technical components in light metals (aluminum and magnesium) thermoplastic injection moulding and the development and production of oil pumps and coolant pumps.
