We manufacture sophisticated parts from grey and nodular iron, as well as cast parts from aluminium alloys, for various industrial sectors and we treat them with our modern CNC machines according to our customers’ wishes. The unit weights of the cast parts can range from 1 kg to up to 2,500 kg. At our site in Bad Windsheim, we have mainly specialized in machine moulded grey iron castings from 20 kg up to 600 kg, as well as nodular and vermicular graphite iron castings from 30 kg up to 400 kg. Making use of two moulding lines with different flask sizes allows us to benefit from optimal production and capacity planning. The moulding lines are optimized for a yearly production from 500 up to 50,000 pieces. Our desire is to support our customers during construction with the highest level of expertise through our technicians in order to safely deliver the core intensive castings.
