GHD Ubbo Emmius is the study association for History at the University of Groningen. Founded in 1936, the University cannot b ... e imagined without us. We support students during their studies, offer them insights in their career opportunities and make it possible for students to keep in touch with each other. This results in a large network of over 800 members. Our association consists of students with above average writing skills and a critical way of thinking. History students are educated in an interdisciplinary way and are widely employable. A large part of our members is active in one of our 19 committees. GHD Ubbo Emmius is run by and on behalf of students, but has a professional attitude towards its members and its partners. read more
