Our discounted rate for seniors coupled with insurance which in many cases covers a portion of these personalized 30-minute sessions. As a free employee benefit your hands-on staff receive free weekly sessions for all the hard work they do. A portion of each massage is given back to your facility for allowing us to work in conjunction with you. Description of Services All participating residents are fully clothed for each 30-minute personalized session,twice a week, in our state-of-the-art zero-gravity lift recliners for easy access and comfort. Our trained and seasoned therapists focus light therapeutic touch on the furthest extremities from the heart to help create an overall better quality of daily life. GIOW's focus is creating a better overall quality of life and improving cognitive behavior through modalities targeted at improving blood flow/circulation to and from the farthest extremities from the heart. Each skilled GIOW therapist will provide personalized wellness sessions twice a week, with maximum comfort and easy access off and on our state-of-the-art gravity lift recliner, fully clothed. The dedicated therapists of GIOW provide a tremendous understanding of bedside manner, as well as true empathy for each and every senior they touch – physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually – expressing the respect and dignity they do to their own family members. At no additional cost, GIOW utilizes Far Infrared Heat Therapy (FIRHT) as an optional treatment with physicians approval. Each licensed therapist carries minimum 5 million dollars in personal liability insurance.
