History Gernandt & Danielsson was founded in 1992 when a group of partners and their colleagues left one of the largest law firms in Sweden at the time to start up a firm of their own. The new firm was relatively small, but quickly acquired work on large, complex and often international matters. Just over 25 years later, we still work with major clients on large-scale matters, but we are no longer a small firm. Today, our offices on Hamngatan in Stockholm house approximately 100 employees, 70 of whom are lawyers.
