Even ... back then we wanted to change the way Fish & Chips were served, turning them into the most delightful experience. Over the last 25 years we’ve tasted almost every variation of this traditional British supper. George’s Kitchen is the result of our 25 years of tasting, making, listening and dreaming up new ideas. We’re as passionate about where our ingredients come from as we were back in the 80’s and we know the names of the folks who grow our potatoes, catch our fish, brew our beer and distil our Gin.
