The very first Gambaro establishment opened in Brisbane on Caxton Street in 1953, by the late Giovanbaptista Gambaro after he moved to Australia from his hometown in Italy. From humble beginnings as a single fish and chip shop, to developing a successful hotel business, Gambaro have always focused on offering guests a five-star experience. Having won numerous industry awards, Gambaro will continue to honour its fundamental goal to provide guests with the best customer service experience possible.
