Students in the J.M. program learn how to identify and understand potential legal and regulatory hazards, design and implement intelligent risk management programs, and better assess when legal counsel is needed. Students also acquire essential legal skills, such as how to read and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law, how to conduct legal research, and how to communicate your findings to executives, board members, and others within any organization.
