Our mis ... sion is to implement and foster a standardized system of communication to facilitate a valuable, mutually beneficial and respectful relationship between healthcare providers, their staff and representatives of the Fraser Valley. Goals • To improve the image of the Pharmaceutical Representative in the MD offices- a Mission Statement and the development and adherence to guiding principles will support our profession in being seen as a valuable resource • To create and update a GP/spec rep directory with all companies/products/rep names & contact info for medical clinics • To distribute a calendar with the directory. The purpose is to; encourage MOAs and MDs to book meetings outside of just the typical lunch hour (cost savings for Pharma), simplify appointment bookings for the MOAs, allow other reps to identify who they can switch appointments/give appointments away to, inspire clinics who don’t see reps to give this a try • To facilitate greater communication, innovation and collaboration among the Fraser Valley Representatives Vision • We want every Pharmaceutical Representative to have a professional association they can identify with and lean on for support • We strive to obtain and develop appropriate solutions to key concerns that will strengthen our relationships with our customers and with one another. • We want to facilitate processes to encourage improved communication and higher standards of professionalism as we move forward read more
