FRB has acq ... uired established and profitable brands, which have a clearly defined growth path and can demonstrate profitability to both franchisees and franchisors. FRB is looking to invest in a wide variety of brands in the sector but without brands that are overlapping. e.g. FRB won’t have 5 coffee brands competing with each other in a shopping mall. Where FRB has more than one brand in a sector, it will have a clearly defined market segment and products. FRB will offer support to its Franchisors in key areas such as Finance and Accounting, Legal and Franchise Documentation management, marketing and operational support. This support, combined with the synergies gained from the benefits of our own in-house coffee roaster; improved procurement through higher volume purchasing means that in our case the whole is much greater than the sum of our parts.
