During the more nearly 70 years in business, it was a privately held ... company owned by the Fox family until 2008 when it was acquired by Professional Recovery Management, INC. The Fox family continues to be a large part of the day-to-day operations and are members of the Management team. In 2008, with the acquisition, FOX began to expand and grow. We added many new clients, new collectors, additions in the hardware and software capabilities as well as expanding into a new building. This growth has also included the ability to service many more clients and debtors throughout the country. FOX has moved into several new areas throughout the Southeast through multiple acquisitions. FOX has four (4) locations. The two corporate offices located in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, and call centers in Cookeville, Tennessee and Anderson, South Carolina. The Goodlettsville office houses our management team, support staff and many of our collectors while our Cookeville, TN and Anderson, SC are additional call center locations. FOX has been a proud member of the Goodlettsville community since the 1970’s and we are proud to have a good standing with all of our vendors, banks and creditors.
