About the Founder: Nick Nitti is of Italian descent living in Italy for many years through out his childhood. As a child Nick remembers taking road trips in Italy with his family stopping in every city and small village cramped in his fathers Fiat Uno, This is where Nick was able to experience the true beauty of the Italian cusine. One day tho while traveling to visit Pompei his father stopped in Napoli and he ate his 1st pizza Napoletana at a small pizzeria in the heart of Naples. You will never forget your 1st bite, after returning for many years Nick finally returned to Naples in 2012 to study the art of Pizza Napoletana and trained under one of Napoli's best Pizzaiolos. After completing all his certifications with VPN Nick returned to Chicago to open Forno Rosso Pizzeria Napoletana.
