Forn Projects is a group of restaurants in Palma de Mallorca that was born from the success of Forn de Sant Joan, a renowned ... gastronomic restaurant on the island that was founded in 1992 thanks to its founder: Joan Baqués, whose sons, Carlos and Christian Baqués remodelled the restaurant, which was originally a bakery, thus continuing the family business. The Forn Projects family is completed with the restaurants Ombu and Koa.
