The forging plants are equipped with a 350 Ton, 1750 Ton, 2000 and 3000 Ton open die hydraulic forge presses. FCI-owned Forge USA plant is equipped with a 14,000 pound Hammer. The machining and heat treating facilities offer a wide range of machine tools, including CNC lathes and manual VTLs, milling machines, drills, saws and multiple API-certified heat treating furnaces. FCI is capable of producing open die and semi-closed die forged shapes of any size, ranging in weight from 5 to 55,000 pounds. In addition to an extensive finished and semi-finished product inventory, FCI maintains a vast raw material inventory in carbon, low alloy, stainless, chrome moly and nickel alloys in certified ASME, ANSI and API material grades.
