Foldeco manufactures profiles and other parts for furniture that are fully customised for each client in terms of sizes, shap ... es and colours. At our facilities spread across 15,000m2 of land in Getafe, that are equipped with the latest technology and automated production lines ideal for mass productions, we work with techniques like sectioning, paper or polypropylene cladding with EVA or PUR adhesives, drilling, tenon, folding or edge trimming, so that each part adjusts to the needs of our clients. Our main raw materials are the particleboard and MDF from which we have learned about their versatility, strength and warmth, values that we always try to reflect in our client relationships. At the technical level, following are the main characteristics: CARB (level of formaldehyde): all our boards have formaldehyde emission values less than 8mg/100g of the dry board (CARB-P1 Certificate). However, if you wish, you can also ask us for a special board with lower formaldehyde level (> 0.4mg/100g) CARB-P2 certification. Lastly, there is the EZ panel (zero formaldehyde), which contains 0mg/100g of the dry board. Chain of custody certification: as a standard practice, we work with boards that have PEFC certification (The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification), with the commitment of a sustainable forest management and all our boards are 100% PEFC certified. Moreover, our FSC certification also presents us as guarantors of the chain of custody of this organisation.
