A message from the new owners: Please join us in thanking Angie & Rick for making Flow Studio a unique and friendly place to enjoy a good group fitness class and catch up with others. Their sacrifices and hard work show in all aspects of the “Flow Experience”. We have known Angie & Rick for many years and are delighted to be able to continue the tradition of service established by them. Many of you know Raj Sehgal who has been a member of Flow Studio from its inception and Barna Kasa has been involved developing and maintaining Flow's internet presence. Raj and Barna are long-time friends and are currently involved other business enterprises together.
