We are a non-profit 501(c)(6) organization with a Board of dedicated licensed private investigators who volunteer their time to serve the membership. Since 1994, our purpose has remained the same; to protect and advance the Florida investigative profession. Today our profession is faced with multiple threats that require both the vigilance and strength that FALI has established in our state capital. We meet with state regulators and legislators during the year to advocate, advise and build consensus for and/or against regulations and legislation that would be harmful to our membership.
