We also provide Home Health Aides for live-in, overnight & daytime long term senior care in the home. Aide services can include personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders and car transportation to appointments and social activities. Half of all individuals discharged from the hospital require additional care, treatment or rehabilitation.
