Set on a former dairy farm, the boutique shops, restaurants, inn, spa and special events venues are open to the public. As both Fearrington’s builder and developer, R.B. Fitch oversees the real estate development throughout Fearrington Village with the help of Fitch Creations, Inc.’s team, from sales to design to construction, many with more than 20 years experience with the company.
