Through a series of mergers and consolidations the name was shelved and rebranded to become known to be First Premier Mortgage Corporation , but the operations and several of the offices continued to operate until 2003. In 2003, Richard reactivated the name, capitalized the company, and formed First Premier Mortgage Corporation.
