Founded in 1932, Lumbermen's is a fourth-generation family-owned and operated company that emerged as a Depression Era succes ... s story in the growing city of Omaha, Nebraska. With customer relationships and quality service as its prime commodities, the business took part in the busy regional trade center activities of the day. The company's customers were local lumber yards in nearby communities, hence the name "Lumbermen's Supply." Though the name might suggest otherwise, lumber was not in the product offering.
