This omits protracting programs on site especially in the autumnal/winter/spring seasons, releases M&E, SFS, Building envelope, Flexi Walls, Grouting, Screeding and builders works much sooner in the program. It also reduces the impact on site in terms of solvent exposures, migration and drift etc We have managed to reduce the commercial impact also especially against that of which you buy at tender stage against that of which you end up paying due to extra work in masking, out of sequence, standing time due to climatic limitations etc Steel frames can be treated all or in part, for example we can treat the perimeters off site and the internal elements on site, or obviously treat the whole frame off site. All that needs to happen on site is a simple repair visit to the erection damage and the treatment of bolts on interfacing junctions all of which are localised so no impact to ongoing works..
