Finansgruppen ble stiftet allerede i 1987 og er en av de mest tradisjonsrike studentgruppene på NHH. Med våre 800 aktive medl ... emmer er vi også av de største. Vi er opptatt av å fremme interessen for finans blant skolens elever, uavhengig av hvilke forkunnskaper en måtte ha. Finansgruppen holder 2-3 foredrag hvert semester og foredragsholderne hentes fra næringslivets øverste hylle. I tillegg til foredrag, arrangerer vi to svært populære ekskursjoner; Oslo i september og New York i januar. Som medlem i Finansgruppen kan du delta på alle våre arrangementer samt søke på de ekskursjonene vi arrangerer. Den daglige driften og tilretteleggingen er det gruppens styre, bestående av ti studenter, som tar seg av. Styret innsettes på Finansgruppens generalforsamling i februar og sitter et år av gangen. --- With over 800 active members, the Finance Society is one of the largest student societies at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Whether you are set on a career in finance or just want to learn more about it, you are welcome to join us. Our mission is to promote finance-related interests throughout NHH. We offer students outstanding opportunities to connect with leading financial institutions in the world today. We do this by hosting 2-3 lectures each semester, given by some of the most highly esteemed figures of the finance sector. Additionally, we also organize excursions to Oslo and New York annually. As a member of the Finance Society, you can attend all of our events and apply for the annual excursions. Through these activities, we aim to facilitate communication between students, alumni and finance professionals; thereby functioning as a platform for developing future leaders of the financial world. The day-to-day administrative operations of the Finance Society is conducted by the Executive Board consisting of ten students. A new board is inaugurated at the Finance Society's General Assembly in February, and each board serves for one year. read more
