Founded by film and television entertainment professionals Monterey Morrissey, Craig Richards and Stan Roach, Film Oregon All ... iance is the nonprofit 501(c)(6) trade organization headquartered in Bend, Oregon, formed to expand film, television, radio and new media production throughout the Central Oregon region in collaboration with the Governor's Office of Film and Television as well as other film and media industry groups, agencies and organizations.
