Face Forward is an exciting new project in Dorset to help isolated young adults aged 15 to 24 to overcome personal circumstan ... ces that prevent them from working, and develop personally and professionally. Over the length of the programme, Face Forward will benefit 780 young adults who are unemployed or economically inactive. The project puts them at the centre of the programme by being responsive to their individual needs.
